IT Technician

 Job Description:

Work with various Vivalink functional departments to provision RPM kits for customers. Compile customer feedback. Manage overall provisioning and logistical tasks.

 Responsibilities:

• Provide provisioning work on the company's mobile device and RPM platform.
• Interpret customer’s requirements into final instructions for provisioning of devices and services.
• Closely involved with handling customer feedback and rush requests.
• Responsible for the overall provisioning tasks.  Provide/suggest improvements as needed.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of related experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer science or  IT related major
• Ability to review technical requests and closely follow technical instructions.
• Experience working in device provisioning, app updates, and MDM portal is a plus.
• Demonstrated focus and discipline to the tasks assigned.
• Proficiency in Words, Excel, Power Point
• Attention to detail and organization skills.
• Demonstrated excellent people skills and teamwork mentality.
